All of those parts will work together nicely, but I think you can get slightly more firepower for your money.

CPU: AMD A4-6300, 3.7 GHz, Socket FM2, 65W. $ 60 on Newegg.

Mobo: Gigabyte GA-F2A55M-HD2, FM2, Micro ATX, $ 45 after rebate on Newegg.

RAM: OCZ Gold 2x2GB, DDR3-1600, $ 44 on Amazon.

Hard Drive: Western Digital RE3 1TB 3.5″ 7200RPM, $ 49 on Amazon,

Blu-ray Drive: LG UH12NS30, 12x BD-ROM, 16x DVD-ROM, 48X CD-ROM, $ 34 on Newegg

PSU: Same PSU, but it’s only $ 20 after rebate on Newegg.

Grand Total: $ 400 or so
