Hi,
Well, to put it shortly, as computer parts get newer and newer, they become more and more compatible with each other.

These are all pretty new parts, and to my knowledge they should be completely compatible.

Good Luck!

The graphics card and that motherboard and that CPU do not work well together.

Whilst technically they are compatible its other things which would cause a poor overall performance if you combine them.

The 7 parts are compatible and I started the shopping entry list and you can select a computer case.

An improved CPU cooler is recommended, but not required. For overclocking the CPU, it is required. One TB size HDDs are a small premium. In DRAM, you should consider low profile heat spreader types if using large fan cpu coolers. ASUS M5A97 LE R2.0 is not SLI compatible (2 graphics cards). It would need to be 16x,0 ; x8,x8 instead of the 16x,4x you have.
