will my old Hard drive fit in this motherboard?

Question by Aamer: will my old Hard drive fit in this motherboard?
hello good people :)
I am planning to change my motherboard to (ASUS LGA 1155 – Z68 – PCIe 3.0 and UEFI BIOS Intel Z68 ATX DDR3 2200 LGA 1155 Motherboards P8Z68-V PRO/GEN3)(long name xD)
and now I use (Seagate Barracuda LP ST31500541AS) hard drive with my current intel’s DG41RQ motherboard.(I don’t wanna give up that HDD, if it fits)
sorry for the n00b question but I don’t know much about HDDs.

also, what PSU do you suggest to use with the motherboard and HDD mentioned above+AMD Radeon 6850 HD+ intel core i5-3450 Ivy Bridge

The SATA connectors is what matters for hard drives (or SSD drives for that matter.) For a hard drive it will probably be either SATA 3gbs or SATA 6gbs. Make sure that the mobo and the hard drive both have the same SATA

Yes, it will work with your new motherboard. They both use SATA interfaces.
