    Former because it has intel.

But i’d take neither because they both have a RADEON graphics card. i go for the slightly more expensive (but in return much higher quality) GTX (nvidia) graphics cards.

There is no question that the first is better at gaming.
The i5-3350P is a better gaming CPU than the FX-6300
The HD 7850 is a better GPU than the HD 7770.
Two authoritative sites. Gaming cannot currently use more than four CPU cores, and generally, two do most of the work. Anything before about Skyrim is 2 core usage only.

Your DRAM slight shortage in PC #1 will sometimes bottleneck the GPU. I think you will really need to add another 4GB as soon as affordable. If that is in the plan, you could sacrifice performance a tad more and start at a 1x4GB running single channel with a plan to buy a matching stick soon since it does not cost much. If this is a custom build, where is your Windows 7 Home premium 64 bit?
The Z75 is OK, but the CPU cannot be overclocked both because it is locked, and you would need a better CPU cooler. The second pciex16 slot is only running as x4 mode so it is not properly crossfire compatible. Your computer case only has USB 2.0 ports, so your 3.0 ports are only in the back, and the motherboard has a header to support USB 3.0 in front.
The case only has one rear exhaust fan and no intake fan. It relies on the vents. Not as good air flow. Actually, looking further, that case is a piece of junk. It has a top mounted power supply where the power supply takes in the warm air from the computer case top. That is the same junk as HP and Dell use. No wonder Newegg discontinued it.
The power supply is highly questionable also.
400 watt 30 amp on 12V and I hope you have a power cord available.
If you do add a second GPU, the power supply must be changed. I would not put two GPUs in that case. Too much heat. HD 7850 recommends a good 450 watt PSU. I guess with the shortage of fans and a single HDD, maybe 50 watts in fans+drives now, 69 watt CPU 130 watt GPU to yield a 249 watt gaming load, and 30 amp gives 360 watts, and at 80% load is 288 watts, so you do get away with it. You really cheaped out on the computer case, DRAM, Power supply, HDD to squeeze out an i5. I would aim at an i3-3220 and fix the rest of the system. The i3-3220 approximately equals gaming of FX-6300. Can’t OC the 6300 until adding a better cpu cooler anyway.

Neither is a happy build. They are starving for a few more dollars to fix them.
