No, it goes into either your RAM slots or it connects to your Hard Disk.

does the graphics card go into one of the pci slots?

Haha, nobody even answered me. They are basically the same but the Asus board has wifi which wasn’t needed too much for me. So I went with the Gigabyte, slightly cheaper, has the same amount of SATA lll connections (my main point) and plenty of PCIe slots.

You dont have to be rude you know. you should make the research idiot , even if the SLI And crossfire are kinda the same.
    the UD3h= 2-way SLI™ and 2-way CrossFireX™ multi-GPU support and the D3h= 2-way CrossFireX™ multi-GPU support
Now stfu and dont comment again

no you can do both do your research before saying shit. btw sli and cross fire are pretty much the same thing . you are just pairing up to gpu that have the same title such as a gtx 660 ti only goes with a gtx 660ti not a gtx 660

uhh dude, you missed another fan header right, by your FREAKING PEN… the cpu fan header doesnt really count, and if you would have payed close attention there were 4 fan headers that were obviously labeled, not including the cpu fan header. So there is basically 5 fan headers. pwned

Infact you can crossfire in the D3H but you dont have SLI in D3H

Are all six of those sata ports driven by the z77 chipset, or does this board require a separate controller driver? (marvell, etc)
