Yes, But to get more performance, I suggest you swap the CPU,Mobo,Graphics, and PSU for This. It will greatly increase performance.

    yes it will, but….

    for the same money you can do better.

    i7-2600k $ 300
    asus p8p67 $ 270
    GTX 550ti $ 135

    25% or more should be you gfx card

    Intel Core i5-3450 Ivy Bridge 3.1GHz $ 200
    ASRock Z77 Pro3 Intel Z77 $ 110
    EVGA GeForce GTX 670 FTW 2GB $ 420

    $ 30 more for a lot more powerful machine (newegg prices) if you are at your max budget then get the HD 7950
