That motherboard doesn’t match. It’s socket FM1, for the low-cost Llano processors. You need a socket AM3+ motherboard, like these:

Other recommendations:

1) Get a better quality power supply. Cooler Master makes great CPU heatsink/coolers and cases, but when it comes to PSUs they’re mediocre. Something from Corsair, Antec, Seasonic, Silverstone, XFX or OCZ is much better.

2) If your budget allows, spend $ 25 more for the faster Radeon HD 6870

Otherwise, it all looks good. The Radeon HD 6850 can play all of those games on high settings, while the 6870 can manage ultra in some titles.
