This is the 1st time building a computer and I want to be able to use it for gaming and regular use. Is all this stuff good enough to run BF3 on high or ultra. The reason for a computer is because consoles are just getting too old for me. Also is there any stuff I can downgrade on to save me money. Like do I need the 16GB of RAM? Also is Windows 7 Home a good operating system or can I boost it a little? Also does how much does Directx11 sound cost? Do I need anything else or is this good?

Any Intel items, change to AMD. Any GPU’s, change to NVIDIA GeForce. Any HDDs, at least 1TB or more. Any Motherboards, switch to MSI or Gygabuyte.
