I think it is a bit pricey to be honest, we had one of our PCs reviewed recently with a similar spec but it had:

BluRay instead of DVD R/W
A8 3850 instead of A4-3300
8GB RAM instead of 4GB
22″ monitor instead of 19″
Logitech 2.1 speakers instead of stereo speakers.

For £611 delivered.

As for the spec, please read the review below from Computer Active as that should give you a good independant review of the A series processor.

What do you think? Answer below!

    NOT AT ALL!
How can you call it a gaming PC when it does not even have a graphics card, it has integrated graphics?
    Quote: “CPU:AMD A4-3300 2.50 GHz Dual-Core APU w/ Integrated Radeon HD 6410D”
The processor is low end, basically just a somewhat amped up Netbook processor.
    You’re waisting your money!

For a budget gaming PC, as you so elegantly called it, here is what you need:
At least Intel Core i3-2100 series processor
    A dedicated card, at least a GeForce GTS250, preferably a GTX460
    At least 4GB, better 8GB DDR3 RAM
