The CPU will not work with the Motherboard you are trying to use. The CPU Socket type is FM2, the Motherboard uses FM1. Also, you should look into getting a hard drive with a SATA 6.0Gb/s speed which will help with load times and gaming a bit. And your video card is OK but if you could do some searching around on newegg and find one with an better bit rate and higher cuda core amount for around the same price or a little higher, you won’t be disappointed, trust me. I am an Intel man myself, but I have built AMD systems for customers and they have loved them so, you should too. I personally would look for a quad-core though if you can afford it.

Also I just looked at the case you are wanting to use. With the motherboard being ATX, it will be a very tight fit, just a heads up, challenging build, lol. Can be done just fyi. Also, for this build, the water cooling solution is a bit overkill unless you plan on overclocking it a lot, then of course you know the damage that can occur doing so.
