Do these computer parts all work together + extra?

Question by TMNT :] [RVD]: Do these computer parts all work together + extra?
Seagate Barracuda ST31000524AS 1TB 7200 RPM SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5
EVGA 02G-P3-1559-KR GeForce GTX 550 Ti (Fermi) 2GB
SONY Black SATA DVD-ROM Drive Model DDU1681S-0B – OEM
**((Not sure what exactly the OEM means, if anybody can explain that.))**
COOLER MASTER eXtreme Power Plus RS700-PCAAE3-US 700W
CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB
ASUS P8Z77-V LK LGA 1155 Intel Z77 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard with UEFI BIOS
**((Does this by any chance have wireless internet? Out of curiosity.))**
Intel Core i3-2120 Sandy Bridge 3.3GHz LGA 115

In total it is near $ 700. It is my first gaming rig, and the first computer I’ll be building myself. Is it worth it, and are there any parts you would change? Also, the case will have all the wire that I need to install all of this, correct?
Forgot to add this earlier – how exactly will I plug a monitor into this setup? Somewhere in the motherboard?

Yes everything will work. OEM means it is a factory part sold by another vendor. You will plug your monitor in from your graphics card output. I hope you have 2x4GB ram sticks, a single 8gb stick of ram will not work. A core i3 will be just fine for gaming. You do not need a 2gb video card, 1gb is enough for 1080p. Now, things i would change. You can save a bit of money on the motherboard.

You do not need a 700w power supply, a 600w is more than enough, and this one is semi modular.

And lastly, you should get this video card, it is 1GB and faster than the 550ti.
